For each burner, there are gas cocks with magnet safety valve with gas shut-off kit and pilot against accidental extinguishing.
There is oil collection channel and drain in front of the frying surface.
There is an oil drawer where the oils drained during frying are accumulated.
Control panel has opening to control pilot flame
Cabinet can be connected under the device
