ESTONE 120X200 ELECTRIC DECK OVEN
The feature of ESTONE Electric Deck Oven is that each layer can operate independently. Thanks to its special alloy base stones and specially designed ceramic resistance heating system, it distributes heat evenly and provides balanced cooking. Temperature (bottom and top temperature inside the floor) and steam time can be adjusted differently for each floor. Thus, different products can be cooked on each floor. The product can be loaded onto the floors with pallets. The oven can be manufactured in 1-4 layers upon request. Provides low energy consumption. Thanks to its wheels, it can be moved to any desired location.
