ESTONE 120X80 ELECTRIC DECK OVEN
The feature of ESTONE Electric Deck Oven is that each layer can operate independently. Thanks to its special alloy base stones and specially designed ceramic resistance heating system, it distributes heat evenly and provides balanced cooking. Temperature (bottom and top temperature inside the floor) and steam time can be adjusted differently for each floor as desired. Thus, different products can be cooked on each floor. There is a yeast room under the oven, whose temperature and humidity can be adjusted, for fermentation before baking. It can be used as a single storey and is modular, and a floor, hood and yeast room can be added as needed. Provides low energy consumption. Thanks to its wheels, it can be moved to any desired location.
