ROKON CLASSIC FRN-15 LONG-E OVEN
Main features of Rokon Long oven; equal heat distribution, high efficiency operation and regular air circulation. It enables the production of high capacity products with its 15-row oven trolley. It takes up little space and offers professional solutions for narrow spaces. With the ELITE and CLASSIC models, different design options are offered while the cooking performance remains the same. In addition to dozens of prescriptions that come standard on the machine, special recipes prepared on a similar machine can be easily transferred to a different machine, thanks to USB support. In addition to faster recipe creation and ease of adjustment with the touch panel option, it offers a visual design with its color capacitive screen. Gas and electric models are produced.
