ROKON SMALL FRN-5 DOUBLE CLASSIC OVEN
While Rokon Small series ovens offer 5-tray options for narrow spaces, it also offers a stone-based option with the Plus version with additional intermediate floor. With 2 5-tray options in the double version, it is possible to cook products that require different cooking atmospheres, and in some cases, it provides energy savings for users whose production volume decreases. Main features of FIMAK Rokon rotary convection oven; equal heat distribution, high efficiency operation and regular air circulation. With the ELITE and CLASSIC models, different design options are offered while the cooking performance remains the same. Thanks to the specially designed resistance, air circulation system and low heat loss from the chimney, it is possible to obtain the desired product with less energy. With the cassette steam system, high levels of steam are produced and each product is provided with sufficient contact with steam. In addition to dozens of prescriptions that come standard on the machine, special recipes prepared on a similar machine can be easily transferred to a different machine, thanks to USB support. In addition to faster recipe creation and ease of adjustment with the touch panel option, it offers a visual design with its color capacitive screen. Additionally, thanks to process control, cooking can be done in four different phases.
