ROVEN - FD 100G OVEN
Main features of Rotary Trolley Bread Oven: equal heat distribution, high efficiency operation and regular circulation. High efficiency is provided by well-designed heat exchangers (combustion cell). In this way, it is possible to obtain the desired product with less energy compared to its counterparts. The combustion chamber is made of heat-resistant high quality stainless steel. Thanks to the two-way cassette steam system, high levels of steam are produced and each ceiling is adequately fed.
